Boot camp for kids and teens:
Classes begin with a warm-up and stretching and then move on to various group exercises, partner work and other fun fitness activities which will help kids increase speed, power, agility, balance, coordination and mental strength.
Boot camp for adults:
Classes are a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns
Because no two bodies are alike, we provide customized training
regimens for each individual.
We will evaluate your fitness needs and goals. We will introduce you to workouts that will help you to build a solid base and foundation to see gains in energy and strength.
We offer 30 minute and 60 minute one on one training sessions
